I had a mixed experience at Now Garden Punta Cana. While the staff was friendly and helpful, there were several issues that affected my stay, including room problems and noise disturbances. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, but the challenges I faced made it less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The staff was amongst the friendliest I’ve encountered at a resort. I especially appreciated the bartenders who brought joy and excellent service, such as Murfin who mixed amazing drinks. However, I did feel pressured by timeshare sales.
